Now that spring is around the corner, our bodies could use a good cleanse to get our immune systems ready for a new and hopefully warmer season😊 The most functional ingredient in this juice are the chili peppers.


Chili peppers contain amazingly high levels of vitamins (especially vitamin C) and minerals, which are fundamental for boosting your immune system, especially while transitioning from cold weather which may have made some people sick😪 Chili peppers also contain capsaicin, which gives them that hot and spicy character. Capsaicin helps reduce LDL cholesterol and also aids in weight loss. Drink up everyone! This juice contains:

2-3 chili peppers
2 pears🍐🍐
2 cups fresh raspberries🍓🍓
1 lemon🍋
2 tbsp raw ginger chunks
2 large beets
A handful of parsley 🌿🌿🌿
