Green smoothies are an excellent way to get your daily serving of veggies๐Ÿ๐ŸŠ๐ŸŠ๐Ÿƒ๐ŸŒฟ They are also excellent in boosting your immune system (natural vitamin C), aiding it weight loss, cleansing/detoxing, and contain natural fibre. Increase your green smoothie consumption especially before and after your holiday feasting so that you avoid constipation and storage of unnecessary calories from simple sugars, carbs, etc๐Ÿ˜Š๐Ÿ‘ This Smoothie contains:

1 cup organic Strawberries and blueberries๐Ÿ“๐Ÿ‡
1 organic pear๐Ÿ
1 large organic grapefruit๐ŸŠ
3 cups organic baby spinach๐Ÿƒ
1 cup organic kale๐ŸŒฟ
1 tbsp chia seeds
2-3 cups organic unsweetened almond milk๐Ÿผ
1 scoop vegan protein powder (i used Garden of life) or 3 tbsp hemp seeds, 2 tbsp nut butter, or any other protein of choice.

Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Gulp!
