Ooey gooey chewy cookie cake with crunchy edges, and a warm chewy moist centre with chocolate chips that melt in your mouth πŸ˜€ These babies are the answer to all my sweet tooth cravings because it’s like having a cake, brownie and cookie in one! I say that’s a win πŸ˜‰


Recipe: Makes 8 servings

1/4 cup water
1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk
1/8 tsp agar powder
1 cup raw almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup organic coconut palm sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)

Preheat oven to 350Β°F.

Mix the water, coconut milk, and agar powder together. Pour into mixing bowl,
then add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

Pour batter into a greased round cake pan.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Let it sit out of the oven for 5-10 minutes to cool off. Serve with whipped cream and fruit if you’d like πŸ™‚
