Ooey gooey chewy cookie cake with crunchy edges, and a warm chewy moist centre with chocolate chips that melt in your mouth ๐Ÿ˜€ These babies are the answer to all my sweet tooth cravings because it’s like having a cake, brownie and cookie in one! I say that’s a win ๐Ÿ˜‰


Recipe: Makes 8 servings

1/4 cup water
1/2 cup organic unsweetened coconut milk
1/8 tsp agar powder
1 cup raw almond butter
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup organic coconut palm sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup mini dark chocolate chips (Enjoy Life)

Preheat oven to 350ยฐF.

Mix the water, coconut milk, and agar powder together. Pour into mixing bowl,
then add all other ingredients to the bowl and mix well.

Pour batter into a greased round cake pan.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

Let it sit out of the oven for 5-10 minutes to cool off. Serve with whipped cream and fruit if you’d like ๐Ÿ™‚
