This large glass of green happiness was needed after a sinful night of sushi with my fellow foodie buddy Sheereen. This was the best way to kick start my Saturday morning, and the picture below will explain why this juice was required.


Yup! There you have it! I always encourage treating yourself every now and then because it’s actually good for your body since it challenges your metabolism. Although you don’t have to indulge like we did, because lets face it, we ate like Medieval kings lol. But what can I say? Fit women eat πŸ˜‰ Have a great weekend!



1 organic parsley bunch
2 organic celery stalks
1 organic lemon
1/2 a large organic cucumber
2 organic pears

Wash and remove necessary seeds and pits and place ingredients in your juicer. Gulp and be merry!
