Hey guys! Boy it’s been a snowy one! I hope you’re keeping warm. If you’re craving a healthy and yummy appetizer tonight, try these 🙂 Grill your asparagus at 400°F for 10 minutes, then slide them into rolled smoked salmon strips stuffed with feta. If you’re pescatarian like me, using smoked salmon is a good substitute to prosciutto, and it tastes just as good 🙂 Have a warm and cozy night everyone!
