I hope everyone had a great weekend! I whipped up this quick, simple, and delicious parfait for breakfast before heading out the door. This yummy glass contains non fat greek yogurt sweetened with organic stevia, and it’s layered, with strawberries, bananas, blueberries, peach slices, almonds, and unsweetened coconut slices.


This parfait is packed with protein and probiotics, which is beneficial for fuelling your muscles and reducing bloating and bacteria in your body. That’s a win in my books ๐Ÿ™‚
