My breakfast started off yumilicious this morning! It’s one of those days when my tummy and my tastebuds crave little treats! Actually no I lied, that’s everyday of my life ๐Ÿ˜ฆ So I gave my body what it wanted without the guilt but loaded with the nutrition! Plus it’s leg day today so I can have also them as a post workout snack. However, I don’t treat myself everyday, because moderation is indeed the key to success. Have a great day everyone! Recipe: Makes 8

1 cup almond flour
1 tsp aluminum free baking soda
1 tsp aluminum free baking powder
3/4 cup organic/pure almond-hazelnut butter
3 medium ripe bananas (mashed)
2 organic cage free eggs
1/3 cup organic frozen blueberries

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately (except blueberries) before combing all ingredients together in a bowl.

Add in blueberries and mix until well incorporated.

Scoop batter into a greased non stick muffin pan or into paper liners.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins are golden brown and pass the toothpick test.

When ready, let muffins cool for about 5 minutes, then devour when ready!
