This bread is actually the same version of my simple gluten free and paleo bread, however, the post is quite old so I decided to revamp it with a nicer picture 🙂 Gluten free doesn’t always mean healthy, especially when it comes to bread. This bread is loaded with nutrition, low in carbohydrates, and rich in protein. This bread is also perfect for healthy sandwiches, French toast, and many more yummy recipes!


For example, this is what I had for breakfast this morning. I used my paleo almond bread and layered it with veggies, apple slices, onions, avocado, and 1 fried egg, sprinkled with some chilli flakes and dots of sriracha 🙂

Recipe: adapted from

1 1/2 cups almond flour
2 tbsp coconut flour
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp gluten free baking soda
4-5 organic cage free eggs
1/4 cup organic coconut oil
1 tsp organic raw honey
1 tbsp raw unfiltered apple sider vinegar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Combine wet and dry ingredients separately in a medium bowl before bringing them together.

Pour batter into a baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until it passes the toothpick test.

When ready, serve with side or topping of choice.
