Ah yes, another dull rainy friday morning calls for some waffle porn. The servings were quite filing so I wasn’t able to eat the whole thing, however, if you wake up starving (men in particular), then devouring these won’t be a problem ๐Ÿ™‚


1 cup organic brown rice flour
1 small organic banana
2 organic cage free eggs
1/4 cup organic quinoa flakes
1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
3 tbsp organic hemp seeds
1 tsp organic almond extract (or vanilla)
Half a stevia sachet
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup organic unsweetened canned coconut milk

Combine all ingredients and pour into a greased pre heated waffle iron until ready and top with toppings of choice. I topped these with sliced bananas, sliced persimmons, unsweetened coconut shreds, sliced almonds, and a light drizzle of unsulphured black strap molasses, served with a side of strawberries and raspberries. (Boy what a mouthful!) Oh la fiesta!
